The epitome of the Tactical Breaching Conex Box Training Center. The full spectrum of training evolutions can be fully utilized: mechanical, explosive, shotgun, kinetic, cutting, and prying breaching in both doors, walls, props, and even ceilings; internally and externally; with our prop doors and real doors you acquire. Slots are provided to install fully constructed walls complete with 2x4 vertical joists and sheetrock.

Shown below is a customized variation of the EOD Blast Box for Vacaville Police (ie. it is not typically set up with a 2nd story VES for 40mm target practice). This Conex Box Training Center variation is built specifically for law enforcement to be able to breach through walls, doors, garage doors, and windows.

Note: Our Catalyst Force Entry Doors, having a Tactical Breacher upgrade to the C6 Academy Lock Break Mechanism can swap out from mechanical to explosive onsite in under 15 minutes.

The law enforcement focused EOD Blast Box is a 20 foot Conex Box Training Center (Vacaville Police Dept. - Vacaville, CA) to train breaching, explosive, shotgun, shape charge, flashbang / tear gas, cutting, and prying. The VES Window installed on the roof is hinged and pinned to fold down for resetting and transport. The polycarbonate glass panels blow out, along with the window sash when struck with force. They are wired together so as to keep them within the vicinity for resetting into the frame by snapping them back into place. The two walls on either side of the Forcible Entry Door are framed with 2x4 vertical beams into the metal brackets (lower) and slots (upper) welded into the conex box with plywood overlaid to create walls for training agency-specific breaching techniques. The Blast Box:
LE-Blast-40

The LE-Blast-40 is the 40ft. equivalent of the Vacaville-20. The main difference is the potential it has due to it being DOUBLE the size, surface area, and square footage. Multiples of product, multiple rooms, expounding from mechanical to explosive in not just doors but walls and windows; plus interior breaching doors. Ask us directly about thermal breaching.

Explosive / Kinetic / Shotgun Breaching:
El Dorado-20 or Sacramento-40

The El Dorado-20 is the LE equivalent of the Fire variation, the Contra Costa-20, as it is the 20 foot “All encompassing” Conex Box Training Center but rather it also handles explosive (shape charge), kinetic, and shotgun breaching. Each door comes with Tactical Breacher upgrades so that law enforcement can train explosive breaching. Unbolt the mechanical lock mechanism and swap in the tactical breacher lock mechanism and you’re all set. The mechanical lock mechanism that is standard in all our doors also comes with our Ram Extension Hit Plate that increases the striking surface area to handle ram breaching tactics.

  • (2) Catalyst Force Entry Doors. One inward. One outward. Both with the added Ram Extension Hit Plate to handle swinging rams.

Irons and saws are the primary tools used in the scenarios and strategies on this Conex Box Training Center. However, we can add more props to the LE-Basic-20.
