Force Box
The Force Box is a four-sided, modular-mounting, 360-degree stand alone training station on wheels with the purpose of easily staging your cutting and prying stations into a single location while also separating them to an area away from other training.
Shown at the Department of Safety Standards and Testing in Salem, Oregon in conjunction with the custom built Forcible Entry Trailer that is one of three mobile training units that travel throughout the state to deploy at Fire Stations for a given period of time. The mobility and condensed training props along with still being effective and realistic in their experience they provide to the first responder training on each is the goal and intention in the design of the Force Box.
The ideal training area requires space and separation of props. Many times saws dominate the training environment due to noise. Such a hindrance is not conducive for ideal training. Now that the cutting station can be wheeled away to another area, this now allows instructors the opportunity to instruct without interruption and personnel to communicate effectively with one another.
Included Standard:
Practice saw skills on a commercial roll up door. Decrease risk of injury and eliminate the need to lift door into place with a hand crank winch to raise and lower a commercial RUD or corrugated sheet.
- Will handle up to 8 foot widths.
- Mounting bed lowers to ground level.
- Single crank allows for one person reload.

Simulates an outward opening commercial door with lock, dead bolt, and security cover. Built specifically for teaching proper saw use.
- Latch and deadbolt simulated by 1/2” - 5/8 ” diameter rebar
- 14g plate steel simulates typical plate covers found on commercial door assemblies
- 12” x 24” covers ~20 cutting evolutions

A mounting platform is provided to set up whichever lock and chain breaking / cutting scenarios you choose to train. Feed chain through the openings. Add variations of locks to whichever area of the wall. Your creativity and ingenuity per your area of operation is what this training prop allows.

- Work on saw skills at multiple angles and heights
- Once pinned into place, rebar can be positioned in 6 places and tightened with a tension handle in place.
- 1/2” - 3/4” rebar can be utilized and fed all the way through each height
- Bolted On / Mounting System Welded On
- Allows practice for both pulling and cutting hinges on a door without the bulk of the door or logistics in acquiring and setting one up
- The added tension handles, found in three locations (high, mid, low) allow for the ability to tighten and crimp any commercial / store purchased hinge in place for cutting hinges with saws
- Using the same 3/4” dowels as our Catalyst Force Entry Door, our training hinges can be pinned in either high, mid, or low positions to work pulling hinges
